One of my style icons is Lauren Conrad. Who doesn’t love LC 
When I heard that she was coming out with another book, I was so excited I had to preorder right away. And on top of that she was having a book signing event at The Grove in Los Angeles! With L.A. being only two hours away, Alyssa and I knew we had to go see her! Her new book Celebrate is all about being the best hostess that you can be. It’s an absolutely beautiful book filled with great recipes, how to’s, and just overall great tips on how to host and entertain for friends and family!
Alyssa and I woke up early, grabbed some coffee and donuts from Heartwork before heading up to L.A.! Once we arrived to The Grove, we headed straight to Barnes and Noble to grab our wristbands for the signing. We had a couple of hours to kill before the signing started so we ventured out to West Hollywood where they opened up the first Shake Shack in California! (OMG SO GOOD) After anxiously waiting in line for 2 hours we were finally able to meet Lauren! The moment felt like it lasted a while but in reality it was probably just a quick 5 second chat haha. She was extremely nice and down to earth! So happy we got the chance to see her!
