I can’t believe how quickly time is flying by already! Earlier this month, Johnny and I took a trip out to Oklahoma City to visit our family and we had the absolute best time! Spending quality time with family is something super important to us. 
We spent the first few days in Oklahoma City then took a weekend trip down to Dallas since it was only a three hour drive to go try some good Texas BBQ (yum!) and to visit At&t stadium where the Dallas Cowboys play! When we were driving down to Dallas, it started snowing! It was so beautiful, I’ve never seen snow fall before. Winter wonderland didn’t last too long as we pulled into Dallas but it was still extremely cold in the low 30’s! Which is crazy cold if you ask me! As you can probably tell from the pictures, our trip included a lot of food! There were tons of local eateries scattered around the city and they all had their own flare and delicious goodies! We also got to experience our first NBA game when we watched the Oklahoma City Thunder play the Minnesota Timberwolves!
Overall, it was an amazing trip and I’m so happy we were able to find time to visit our family. It was really hard saying goodbye! Thank goodness for modern technology to keep us all connected! woohoo! Thank you all so much for reading this post and I hope you enjoy the pictures from our trip!
